Orders & acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm your order by email. We may decline an order, in which case any payment is refunded in full.
Pre-orders and dispatch dates
Pre-orders are dispatched from the date stated on the product page and at checkout (from 25 November for the Christmas collection). If we cannot dispatch by that date, we will notify you and you may cancel for a full refund.
Pricing
All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
Payment
Payment is processed securely by PayFast at checkout. We never see or store your card details.
Product use & warranty
Use products as described in their included instructions. Defective goods are covered for 6 months under the Consumer Protection Act — see our Returns page.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by the Consumer Protection Act, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the CPA.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
