Shipping & Delivery
Pre-orders
Pre-orders are dispatched from 25 November in the order they were placed.
Courier
Aramex, 2–5 working days from dispatch, door-to-door to South African street addresses.
Christmas cutoff
Orders placed by 20 November are scheduled for delivery before 25 December. Courier delays outside our control can occur in December.
Shipping fees
Delivery is free on all orders within South Africa.
Delivery timeframe agreement
By placing a pre-order you agree to the dispatch date stated on the product page and at checkout. If we cannot dispatch by that date, we will notify you and you may cancel for a full refund, processed within 30 days.
Tracking
Your tracking link is emailed to you on dispatch.
