Cooling-off
Under section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, you may cancel your order without reason within 7 days of receiving the goods. Goods must be unused and in original packaging. The only cost to you is the direct cost of returning the goods.
Pre-order cancellation
Cancel any time before dispatch for a full refund.
Defective goods
Under section 56 of the Consumer Protection Act, goods that are defective within 6 months of delivery may be returned for repair, replacement or refund, at your choice, unless the defect was caused by misuse.
Damaged in transit
Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
Refunds
Processed to your original payment method within 30 days of receiving the return or cancellation.
